Shipping policy
Shipment processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, but sometimes may take a few days longer if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Please note that processing time occurs before the order is shipped out, so please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on federal holidays. Orders ship via UPS or USPS, depending on your selection at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to issues with the shipping carrier. Dance Happy Designs is not responsible for late, damaged, or lost packages once the package is handed off to the shipping carrier.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active and trackable within 24-48 hours. This tracking delay is from UPS and USPS.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Dance Happy Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Dance Happy Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please contact us, too, at hello@dancehappydesigns.com, so we can be aware of the issue and see how we can help.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refund policy
We want you to love each and every Dance Happy product you purchase. While there may be some slight imperfections to items due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we stand behind our products 100%. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to our team at hello@dancehappydesigns.com within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make it right. We are happy to exchange items or provide a refund (less shipping charges) to the original form of payment if requested.
Please note that final sale, clearance, "as-is", "sample sale", or custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.
